I've used "Newspaper clipping generator" with Stage 3, but can think of many ways you could also use it with secondary students.

Simply drop your text into the blank box and click. Gives a very immediate online effect of any newspaper article, and the newspaper title looks great folded under itself. The images can also be printed out. (We scanned them on yellowed paper and punched a few holes in them to make them look old.)
